First and foremost, here are some themes for an Austin bachelorette party

Dazed and Engaged Bachelorette Theme

This spoof off of the movie Dazed and Confused is such a fun bachelorette theme for Austin. Matthew McConaughey teaches at UT, located right in Austin, he lives in the Austin area with his family, and he's a Texas native. This is the theme we went with when we did a mini Bachelorette 2.0 for my friend. Here are some cute details you could add to your Dazed and Engaged theme!

Last Rodeo Bachelorette Theme

I mean, if you're in Texas... how can you not be tempted to do a last rodeo bachelorette theme?! It's so fun and cute, and you can totally marry it with a bit of Disco Cowgirl flare. Think Kacey Musgraves for style inspo. Here are some must-haves if you're going with this theme for your bachelorette in Austin.

Final Fiesta Bachelorette

I mean... Tex-Mex... a Final Fiesta theme is so cute for Austin! It's fun and popular, so decorations are nearly endless for you to choose from. Here are some decor ideas to get the ideas flowing.

Where to Stay in Austin for a Bachelorette Party

I think where you stay all depends on the size of your bachelorette party. For example, when I went down to Austin, it was a mini bachelorette. There were only 4 of us, and we ended up staying at the Hilton Austin. We got conjoining rooms and it was so perfect. If you have more than 4 people, I highly recommend some AirBnBs. Nonetheless, here are some hotels and AirBnBs I found!

Where to go to brunch in Austin

Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden

While Banger's only offers brunch on Sunday, their massive beer garden with communal seating paired with their brunch menu will get your Sunday Funday off to the best start. I mean, they have a Texas Peach Cinnamon Bun...

Perla's

Perla's is in the South Congress strip and has an adorable patio under an oak tree. The ambiance looks adorable and if you're going with a group who loves a good seafood restaurant, this is for you.

June's

June's is also on that South Congress stretch, they've fused contemporary design with vintage flair (which includes a jukebox) and their food is modern American. Similar to Perla's, they have a patio that makes it the perfect people-watching spot.

Biderman's Deli

Biderman's Deli is a Jewish-style deli serving fresh bagels, sandwiches and basically anything you'll need to cure an Austin hangover. Because let's face it, a bachelorette in Austin, TX is bound to have a hangover or two.

Jacoby's Restaurant and Mercantile

Jacoby's offers "Ranch-to-Table" fare in the Govalle neighborhood of Austin. It's a family-run operation that takes pride in the transparency in where their food is sourced from. They have a stunning patio, and a brunch menu that everyone raves about.

Mattie's

Mattie's doubles as a restaurant and event space, and if you Google "where to eat in Austin, TX" I would bet 99.9% of the time Mattie's is on that list. See if you can snag a brunch reservation during your weekend in Austin to soak in the ambiance and indulge yourself with their version of southern brunch classics.

Hillside Farmacy

Hillside Farmacy is in East Austin and in the 50s the building served as a pharmacy. It's since been mindfully renovated to run as the Hillside Farmacy and has even received a Preservation Austin Award. They offer farm-to-table, hence the play on "farm"-acy.

Joann's Fine Foods

Joann's is where my friends and I got brunch while exploring the South Congress. It's located in the iconic Austin Motel. It's a retro diner serving Tex-Mex diner food with fun cocktails. Highly recommend going there and if you happen to get a server named Austin, he's the BEST.

Bar Peached is, like many other Austin bars and restaurants, an old home totally remodeled and turned into a bar/restaurant with a beer garden. They serve tacos along with Asian-inspired food with an ample bar menu.

Moonshine

We went to Moonshine the first night, only for drinks, and then ended up going back there on Sunday for brunch since it was a block away from our hotel. Again, it's an old house turned into a cozy, vintage-decorated restaurant with an adorable patio. If you have to wait, head out back to the Patio Bar where you can get some drinks and appetizers while you wait for your table.
