They’re packed with flavor. I absolutely love Greek food and flavors, from oregano to garlic, there are so many flavor levels in this recipe.

    Ingredients

Frozen Fries. Use whatever brand of frozen fries you preserve!

Oregano. I prefer using dried oregano over fresh oregano for baking the french fries but I like fresh oregano for garnishing!

Rosemary. I love the flavor of fresh rosemary with oregano, and it does not disappoint in this recipe.

Garlic. To make this recipe easier and to ensure that the fries are evenly seasoned, I recommend using garlic powder.

Olive Oil. I add a drizzle of olive oil to the french fries to make sure that the greek seasoning can stick.

Feta. Salt feta cheese is so perfect to top these greek fries with.

Lemons. I love adding just a bit of lemon juice on top of the fries.

What is feta made out of?

Feta cheese is traditionally made out of sheep's milk, but it can be made with a combination of goat's milk and sheep's milk.
