Is there a salted caramel vodka?
There is salted caramel vodka, and there are plenty of caramel-flavored vodkas! I use Van Gogh Dutch Caramel vodka, I find it to be so perfectly flavored and very smooth.
You'll most likely be able to find a caramel-flavored vodka at your local liquor store.
What mixes well with caramel vodka?
Bailey's, or any Irish cream, apple cider (or juice) both mix very well with caramel vodka. You can also mix a chocolate liqueur for the ever-so-classic chocolate caramel combo.

Ingredients
Here's what you'll need for this 2-ingredient dessert martini recipe.
Caramel Vodka. Like I said, I use Van Gogh, Pinnacle has a salted caramel vodka and Smirnoff also has a caramel vodka if you want to go the less expensive route. Effen Vodka, which has a similar price point to Van Gogh, also makes caramel vodka.
Irish Cream. I buy Irish cream from ALDI, I know... shocking. However, you can use Bailey's or whatever Irish cream is your favorite.
How to make salted caramel martini
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2.5 oz. of caramel vodka and 1 oz. of Irish cream.
- Add ice and shake until frosted.
- Strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with salted caramel candies and cheers!

- Slices of Granny Smith Apple
- Brown sugar rim
Substitutions and variations
Caramel Apple Martini. You can easily turn this into a caramel apple martini by adding in an ounce of Green Apple liquor.
Irish Cream. If you want to add a bit of spice, you can make this recipe with Rumchata, instead. Alternatively, you can use plain vodka and mix it with Bailey's Salted Caramel.
Tips for making the best martini
Chill your martini glass. Whenever you pour a freshly made martini into a chilled martini glass.
Vanilla extract. If you want a bit of vanilla flavor, add ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract to this caramel martini.

No! You can use any Irish cream liquor or you can use Rumchata.
How do I make a cocktail without a cocktail shaker?
If you have any type of jar in your cabinets, you can use that. Alternatively, if you have a tall airtight storage container, you can use that.
