As much as I enjoy trying new restaurants and getting out of the apartment... for the majority of the week you can catch me cooking and eating at home. Especially on holidays or occasions where restaurants will be super crowded, sometimes it's best to make a nice at-home cooked meal and then binge-watch your latest obsession. So, here are my at-home Valentine's Day Dinner Ideas

Course 2: Lemon Chicken Orecchiette Pasta or Easy Homemade Lasagna (with homemade marinara or homemade vodka sauce)
Course 3: Raspberry Lemon Mini Cheesecakes
Pair with your favorite wine, cheers!
Mexican Dinner for Two
Course 1: The Best Salsa Ever, Seriously + Loaded Guacamole
Course 2: Vegetarian Enchiladas, Chicken Enchiladas or Air Fryer Shrimp Tacos.
Course 3: Mexican Hot Chocolate Mug Cakes
Cocktails: Broiled Grapefruit Paloma, Spicy Cucumber and Jalapeno Margarita, Raspberry Margaritas on the Rocks
French Dinner for Two
Course 1: Mini Croque Monsieur or French-Inspired Cheese Board
Course 2: French Onion Soup or French Country Salad
Course 3: Macaronade Sétoise or Traditional Duck Confit
Course 4: Vanilla Crème Brûlée
At-Home Brunch for Two
Course 1: Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls
Course 2: Breakfast Skillet, Spicy Breakfast Potatoes served with eggs cooked to your preference or Protein Buttermilk Pancakes
