These frozen peach bellinis are such an easy summer cocktail recipe.

Theyโ€™re only 2 ingredients! With just 2 ingredients and about 30 seconds of your time, you can get this frozen peach cocktail. I love this twist on a traditional peach bellini recipe.

Itโ€™s easy to make one serving or a batch serving. Whether you're making just one of a few, or you're looking to make a batch serving of these for a party, it is super easy to multiply this recipe to make as many as possible!

    What alcohol is in Bellini?

Prosecco! Some recipes call for a splash of peach schnapps, but traditionally, it is just prosecco.

What is the difference between a Mimosa and a Bellini?

The juice! Mimosas are made with orange juice and bellinis are made with peach juice.

    Ingredients

Here's what you'll need for this frozen peach bellini.

Frozen Peaches. I prefer to use frozen peaches instead of fresh peaches and ice. I find it gives the prosecco cocktail a smoother consistency and you don't get your drink watered down.

Prosecco. You can use whatever prosecco is your favorite, but whenever you're mixing prosecco, you don't have to necessarily break the bank with the prosecco you use. I like to use Kirkland prosecco. I used Mionetto for this recipe, we had a bottle in the fridge!

Why is it called Peach Bellini?

This drink was named after the Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini. It was given that name by Guiseppe Cipriani, who said the drink's color reminded him of the warm tones that Bellini used in his artwork.

How do you make a frozen peach bellini?

Here's how you make this frozen cocktail.

    1. In a blender, pour in about 1 cup of frozen peaches. Add 8 oz. of prosecco.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Pour into your wine glass or champagne flute.
    4. Garnish and cheers!

Can you make this into a frozen peach bellini mocktail?

Absolutely! Simply swap the prosecco for sparkling water or a lemon-lime pop like Sprite.
