Ingredients
Here's what you'll need for this frozen peach bellini, it's such a simple recipe, you will absolutely love making this!
Frozen Peaches. I prefer to use frozen peaches instead of fresh peaches and ice. I find it gives the prosecco cocktail a smoother consistency and you don't get your drink watered down. I just buy frozen peach slices and keep them in my freezer all year round so I can make this drink any time of year.
Prosecco. You can use whatever prosecco is your favorite, but whenever you're mixing prosecco, you don't necessarily have to break the bank with the prosecco you use. I like to use Kirkland prosecco. I used Mionetto for this recipe, we had a bottle in the fridge!
Peach Schnapps. You can easily find peach schnapps in the liqueur section! You'll need peach schnapps to make a traditional bellini cocktail, and there are so many other great cocktails you can make with peach liqueur, too, like this peach Aperol spritz or peach bourbon smash.

Here's how you make this frozen cocktail.
- In a blender, pour in about 1 cup of frozen peaches. Add 8 oz. of prosecco.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into your wine glass or champagne flute.
- Garnish and cheers!
Tip: I personally like serving a frozen bellini in a wine glass versus champagne glasses, I find them easier to pour into!
Garnish ideas

- Peach rings are always a fun, nostalgic garnish, too!
Substitutions and variations
Mocktail. Simply swap the prosecco for a lemon-lime soda like Sprite, or ginger ale. It's so easy to make this frozen peach bellini mocktail.
Sweetner. If you like your drinks on the sweeter side, you can add a splash of grenadine or simple syrup to the cocktail.
Wine. If you don't have prosecco on hand, or maybe you just don't like it, you can always use a dry white wine.
Frozen Peach Puree. You can use white peaches or yellow peaches for this recipe, I used yellow. But you can always make your own peach puree, and then pour the puree into ice cube trays and freeze it instead of using frozen peaches.
Why is it called Peach Bellini?
This drink was named after the Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini. It was given that name by Guiseppe Cipriani, who said the drink's color reminded him of the warm tones that Bellini used in his artwork.
