Whether you want a nicer experience, or you want a quick grab-n-go burger, there is no shortage of amazing spots to visit.
Best Burger Chicago: West Loop
Au Cheval
This one is a complete fan favorite. It's not my absolute favorite, but I can see why others love it. Be sure to get their crispy fries with an egg as a side. That may be my favorite thing on their menu.

The Loyalist
The Loyalist's vibe overall is absolutely amazing. It's in the basement of a building in the West Loop and they have a special on Tuesday - Thursday from 5pm - 7pm where it's $18 for a burger, beer and shot of bourbon.

Small Cheval
The little sibling of Au Cheval, meet Small Cheval. Unlike Au Cheval, there are a handful of locations around the city for you to enjoy Small Cheval. This is one of my favorite burgers in the city! Plus, their locations have some great patios to soak in beautiful Chicago weather.
Locations: Old Town, Logan Square, Mag Mile/Aster Hall
Best Burger Chicago: Wicker Park + Logan Square
Mott St.
I love this burger. You can get the burger at Mott St., or you can head over to Mini Mott in Logan Square. I highly recommend grabbing some burgers, fries and drinks and having yourself a picnic along Logan Boulevard.

Kuma's Corner
I absolutely love everything about Kuma's Corner. From the heavy metal ambiance to the burgers being named after musicians, I highly recommend visiting if you're a fan of music. They have a handful of locations in the Chicagoland area, but I suggest visiting the flagship location in Avondale.

The Moonlighter
I love the laidback, dive bar vibe of Moonlighter in Chicago. They also have a huge front patio with picnic tables, perfect for enjoying a summer day or night in Chicago. I've tried their regular, double cheeseburger before and it is so good. If you love anything with grilled onions on top, cannot recommend visiting the Moonlighter more.

Redhot Ranch
This is the epitome of a hot dog/burger stand. It's a little stand and has some of the best greasy food you'll ever have. There are two locations, one on the west side and one on the north side.
