Is it a holiday without a themed charcuterie board? This Valentine's Day charcuterie board is one of my favorite ways to put together an appetizer spread for a girls' night or date night.

Ingredients

  • Brie Cheese
  • White Cheddar Cheese
  • Roasted Red Pepper Goat Cheese Dip
  • Prosciutto
  • Salami
  • Yogurt Pretzel Hearts
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Conversation Hearts

Instructions

  1. Start by placing your larger items down, which will be your cheeses. Place your cheeses in the "corners" of the board.
  2. Next, I add anything that is in small bowls. So that would be jams, dips, spreads, or candy.
  3. After you have the largest items on the board, you can start adding some different textures with the rest of your ingredients.
  4. Fold the proscuitto and salami and place around the board.
  5. Next, fill in some gaps with your fresh produce.
  6. Last but not least, there will be some smaller empty spaces, and I always like filling those with nuts or candy.
