It's easy to make. This drink is SO easy to make! I use strawberry-infused Aperol for this spritz recipe. The fresh strawberries add just the freshest sweetness to the Aperol and require no mixology skills.
It's a bit sweeter. Because you are using strawberry-infused Aperol, the Aperol has a bit of sweetness from the fresh strawberry slices! So, if you aren't a fan of the bitter flavors of Aperol, I think you should try infusing it with strawberries.
It's perfect for summer. What's more perfect than taking advantage of in-season summer fruit flavors and a spritz? It screams summer!

Prosecco. Prosecco is a necessary ingredient for any spritz recipe! There are some other variations you can use, I've included some below.
Soda Water. Similar to prosecco, soda water is a must for any spritz recipe. To add some additional flavor, I really like using flavored soda water.
