There are so many reasons to love these spring gin cocktails, but let me give you the highlights. They're easy to make, they use fresh, seasonal ingredients, and they are so pretty, I mean, we eat (and drink!) with our eyes first, right? Gin is honestly the perfect spirit for spring because its botanical, floral notes pair so beautifully with fresh fruit, herbs, and citrus. Whether you're a longtime gin fan or you're just starting to explore it, these cocktails are going to be your new go-to.
the best spring gin cocktails
Spring gin cocktails are all about leaning into fresh, bright flavors. Think floral gins paired with elderflower, cucumber, fresh strawberries, or a squeeze of lemon... the kinds of ingredients that just scream warmer weather. The great thing about gin is that it's such a versatile spirit, so whether you want something light and bubbly like a gin fizz or something a little more classic like a gin and tonic with a spring twist, there's truly something for everyone. Trust me, once you start making spring gin cocktails at home, you'll wonder why you ever stopped!

Prepping these for a party? Here are some tips!
Prep juices + syrups. Many fresh juices and syrups can be prepped a few days ahead of time. Just make sure you store them in an airtight container in the fridge until you're ready to use for your party.
Establish your bar. A day or two before your party, set up everything you can on your bar, and use sticky notes as placeholders for things you might not be able to set out just yet. This makes sure you aren't scrambling to put together your bar the day of your party, and you can also triple-check you have everything set out.
Prep cocktails. Any non-carbonated cocktails can be prepped a day or two in advance, too! If you have the time, I highly recommend prepping your cocktails and setting up your bar a day or two before your party.
