How to easily turn classic cocktails into low ABV
Skip the spirits. Instead of a spirit, include soda water, prosecco, or even Kombucha.
Focus on aperitifs & fortified wines. This includes Aperol, Campari, Lillet, vermouths, or sherry.
Add juices. You can always add additional flavor to these cocktails by using fruit juices or syrups!
Lower-ABV spirit replacements. There are brands that offer lower proof spirits, like Second Sip Gin or Sommaroy.
PS - if you want a book with more low ABV cocktails, this is such a great option!
Have yourself a low ABV happy hour
Pair your favorite low ABV drink from the list with some of my favorite happy hour snacks: charcuterie board for two, air fryer halloumi, or marinated mozzarella balls.
