Tips to make the best spicy baked brie recipe
- Don't take the rind off! It keeps everything together.
- Want some extra spicy? Add some hot honey or diced jalapenos on top.
- Add some roasted pepitas or chopped walnuts on top for an extra crunch.
Do you bake brie covered or uncovered?
Uncovered! That's another reason why I love this recipe, you don't need any fancy baking dishes! You just need an oven-safe dish.
Do you put jam on brie before baking?
Yes!! Everything is served warm, and it is so delicious. The jam melts just the slightest bit and everything is absolute perfection when served together.
What do you serve with baked brie?
I like serving buttery crackers, like Ritz. I think they are sturdy enough but also add such a great flavor. Alternatively, you can always go with water crackers for something sturdy.
You can also serve baked brie with bagel chips, pretzels, crostinis, or apples.

If your baked brie is rubbery, it is overcooked. Be sure to keep an eye on it since it cooks so quickly.
Do you eat the wax off brie?

Hello. I’m wondering why Brie bakers have covers,if you do not cover your baking Brie.
Katie Kelly says
Some people prefer to bake it with a cover! The cover is to preserve moisture to ensure the brie doesn't dry out, but I haven't noticed that to be an issue since I only bake it for a short amount of time.
