It’s easy to make. With just a few ingredients, this poinsettia cocktail comes together so easily!
It’s festive. Between the color and the flavor, this is such a festive holiday cocktail to make!
Ingredients
Orange Liqueur. I use triple sec, but you can use another orange liqueur like Cointreau!
Prosecco. I love a simple sparkling prosecco. No need to spend a lot of money on a bottle given you're mixing it with orange liqueur and cranberry juice.
Cranberry Juice. Make sure you use a cranberry juice cocktail!
How to make a poinsettia cocktail
- To a champagne flute, add your orange liqueur, prosecco, and cranberry juice.
- Give it a mix, garnish, and cheers!
Substitutions and variations
Orange Liqueur. You can use triple sec or another orange liqueur like Cointreau.
Cranberry Juice. You can always use pomegranate juice instead!
Prosecco. I recommend using a dry sparkling white wine; however, this would be delicious with a Lambrusco as well.

How to make a big batch of this poinsettia cocktail
This serves 10!
- In a large pitcher, combine ⅔ cups of orange liqueur and 2 ½ cups of cranberry juice.
- Once you’re ready to serve, add 2 ½ oz into a champagne flute.
- Top with 3 oz of prosecco, garnish, and enjoy!
TIP: I don’t recommend adding the prosecco to a large pitcher to ensure that it stays as bubbly as possible!
