They're so easy to make! Seriously, so easy! Don't let these Nutella stuffed cookies think you have to be some baking master to whip up.
Can you make cookies with Nutella?
Um, yes and you should.
Ingredients
Nutella. I prefer to use the Nutella brand as opposed to any other hazelnut spread. However, you can use whatever you prefer.
Flour. I recommend using all-purpose flour. Baking is a science and I've yet to try this recipe with cake flour, bread flour or any other kind of flour.
Baking Powder. This helps the cookies rise.
Butter. Make sure your butter is room temperature, it'll make for the best quality of a cookie consistency.
Sugars. I always like a ratio of more brown sugar to granulated sugar in my chocolate chip cookie recipes, it gives them a chewier texture and a richer flavor.
Eggs. You need an egg as a binding agent to add richness but keep everything together.
Vanilla. Of course, you need that splash of vanilla in any dessert! It totally elevates all the flavors.
Chocolate Chips. Naturally, you'll need chocolate chips for this Nutella chocolate chip cookie recipe. I like using a combination of semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips.
