You'll love this homemade maple latte
It's easy to make. I know the word "latte" might sound intimidating, but with a few simple ingredients, this creamy latte is a delicious way to get that cozy fall flavor right from the comfort of our own home.
It's delicious. Pure maple syrup adds such a delicious sweetness to coffee that tastes just like fall. It's perfect!
It's great hot or cold. I like making this as a hot latte, but if iced lattes are your thing, this is so easy to make over ice, too!
Ingredients
Real Maple Syrup. I love having maple syrup around to use as a sugar substitute when I'm making better-for-you baked goods. You can get it at any store, if you go through it as much as I do, I suggest getting it from Costco. The quality and the price can't be beat.
Espresso. Of course, you need espresso for a latte recipe!
Milk. Preferably whole milk, or even coffee creamer. I used the brown sugar oat milk creamer from Trader Joe's for this recipe and it was SO good!
Cinnamon. This is just to give your homemade latte a pretty garnish so when you sit down and enjoy it, you feel like you're in your favorite coffee shop.

Substitutions and variations
Milk. If you want to make this a dairy-free maple latte, you can use oat milk, almond milk, soy milk, or whatever your milk of choice is. Non-dairy milks, especially almond milk, may not froth the same as regular milk, but they still make for a perfect latte.
