    What is cauliflower gnocchi?

Cauliflower gnocchi is the same thing as regular gnocchi, just made with cauliflower!

How do you cook Trader Joe's Frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi?

So, I tried making this the first time around by just throwing all the frozen gnocchi, frozen turkey meatballs (also from TJ's and also a freezer staple), with my favorite sauce Rao's. Top it with cheese and bake it. It was fine, but it was way too watery. I tried cooking the gnocchi before assembling this cauliflower gnocchi recipe and it turned out WAY better. But, there are three ways that you can cook the gnocchi before making a casserole out of it.

    Can I bake cauliflower gnocchi?

Yes! Absolutely. If you don't have an air fryer, baking cauliflower gnocchi is my next favorite way to cook them. Here's how to roast frozen cauliflower gnocchi in the oven.

    1. Preheat oven to 425F
    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread your frozen cauliflower gnocchi on top.
    3. Roast for 20 minutes.

Should you boil frozen cauliflower gnocchi before baking?

Nope! Cook your gnocchi while they're still frozen!

How to air fry Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi

This is absolutely my favorite way to cook Trader Joe's frozen cauliflower gnocchi. They turn out super crispy, yet fluffy on the inside. Mix it with your favorite sauce and it's such a simple, but fulfilling meal!

    1. Preheat your airf ryer to 390F. If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat setting, simply set it at 390F and let it run for 4 minutes.
    2. Air fry your gnocchi for 6 minutes, shake, air fry for another 6 minutes.

Sauting cauliflower gnocchi on the stove

This is the third way you can cook these is by sauteing them on the stove.

    1. On a non-stick pan over medium heat, with 2 tbsp of oil and your pack of frozen cauliflower.
    2. Cover with a lid and let them steam for 5 minutes.
    3. Uncover, stir and let cook for another 5 minutes or until they reach a golden brown.

    3. Stir in your spinach.
    4. Once wilted, stir in your pasta sauce.

Mama Mia! I finally bought 2 packages of cauliflower gnocchi , put it in freezer and forgot all about it. But now that we are sheltering in place, I found it & some leftover sauce I made a while ago. So while the gnocchi baked I sautรฉed a little garlic & some Jennie-o Italian turkey sausage. Added the gnocchi, sausage crumbles, home made tomato sauce ( btw Raoโ€™s is pricey but the bomb) of course added oregano , basil, dumped In 13x9 pan. . Topped with mozzarella and a relative who refuses to eat cauliflower in any shape or form raved about how delicious it was! And heโ€™s Italian lol...Iโ€™m not telling lol
