It's perfect for St. Patrick's Day. Seriously, what's more perfect than corned beef appetizers to go with your St. Patrick's Day festivities.

What is a traditional Reuban made of?
The traditional Reuben sandwich recipe is made of two slices of rye bread, slices of corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. It's then grilled to toasted perfection so the cheese is perfectly melted and the rye bread is perfectly buttery crisp. If you don't like sauerkraut, you can absolutely omit it! Personally, that's how I take my Reuben.
Ingredients
Corned Beef. You can get slices from your local deli, or you can even use leftover corned beef.
Swiss Cheese. You need Swiss cheese to pair with these Reuben roll-ups! I suggest using sliced. It's much easier to manage.
Sauerkraut. This is quite the polarizing ingredient, so I suggest serving this on the side.
Thousand Island Dressing. Serve this on the side as the perfect dipping sauce.
How to make Reuben roll ups
I prefer to make these in the oven so I can make a large batch at once. So, here's how to make these roll ups in the oven.
- Set your oven to 375 to preheat it.
- Establish your assembly line. Unroll your refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls, cut your corned beef slices in half, slice your swiss cheese slices in half and set out a baking sheet.
- Assemble each crescent roll. lay a slice of cheese, 2-3 slices of corned beef on the thicker end, and roll. Keep assembling until you've gone through all your crescent roll dough.

- Make sure you have some quality baking sheets! The last thing you want is for the crescent rolls to be sticking to your baking sheets.
- I love having a set of white serving platters to make anything you put out for a party look chic, yet yummy.
- Having a serving board and bowl set, those are also clutch for serving these so you can set out sauerkraut, thousand island and maybe relish to set up!
Pin it for later!
