You'll love this Halloween charcuterie board
It's so cute. A charcuterie board is always the perfect centerpiece for any party! It's a great way to add decoration while also having an appetizer ready for when your guests arrive.
It's great for crowds. There's always a little bit of everything on a classic cheese board, so it's great for a crowd!
It can be so customizable. I included an ingredient list of what I used on this board, but it's totally customizable with your tastes and what you like! You can make a delicious board with all your favorite things.
Ingredients
Brie Cheese. I love using a cookie cutter and cutting a fun shape into the brie! All you have to do is slice off the top layer, take that thin top layer, and cut a shape into it. I like using small cookie cutters for ease, but you can also use a knife and carve a Jack-O-Lantern or Jack Skellington!
Goat Cheese. Another fun way to add more of a Halloween twist to your goat cheese is by adding red pepper jelly on top! It gives a little blood effect, and I also love the combination of goat cheese with red pepper jelly.
Blue Cheese. I love including blue cheese on any charcuterie board!
Cheddar Cheese. Cheddar cheese is great, not only because it's delicious, but because the orange color and it can also be cut into fun shapes! I used a small pumpkin cookie cutter to cut the slices into fun shapes.
Mozzarella Cheese. I use mozzarella pearls, proscuitto, and olives to make these adorable antipasti eyeballs! They are the perfect addition to this Halloween cheese board, and so easy to make. If you need a tutorial on how to make them, you can check out my Instagram post!
Proscuitto. You'll need proscuitto for not only the antipasti eyeballs, but also I like having proscuitto on the board!
Salami. You always need a variety of meats on a charcuterie board, so I always love the combination of proscuitto and salami.
Olives. I use pimento-stuffed green olives for the eyeballs, but I also love having olives in a bowl just to pair with meats and cheese.
Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. You always have to take advantage of in-season produce to add color and flavor to your boards. I like using black grapes, green apples, blood oranges, carrots, and cucumbers. These are all perfect fruits to include on this Halloween board
Fig Jam. I always like to include on jam on any charcuterie board, and for a Halloween snack board, a fig jam is perfect! Not only are figs in season, but the color is so on theme, too!
Nuts and Dried Fruit. I like using nuts and dried fruits to fill the empty spots!
How to make this Halloween charcuterie board
Here's how to easily make this board for your next Halloween party!

- Next, I add anything that is in small bowls. So that would be olives. jams, dips, and spreads.
- After you have the largest items on the board, you can start adding some different textures with the rest of your ingredients.
- Fold the proscuitto and salami and place around the board.
- Next, fill in some gaps with your fresh produce.
- Last but not least, there will be some smaller empty spaces, and I always like filling those with nuts, dried fruits or fresh herbs.
