It's delicious. I love the savory flavors of a dirty martini, and put them all together in this dip? It's so yummy!
It's such a fun twist. I love a fun twist on a classic cocktail!
Ingredients
Sour Cream. The base of this dirty martini dip is made up of equal parts sour cream and cream cheese. The sour cream makes it just smooth enough to dip all your favorite savory snacks easily.
Cream Cheese. The cream cheese adds such a creamy element to this dip. To make your life easier, I recommend using softened cream cheese! If you don't remember to take your cream cheese out in time, I recommend cutting it into 6 cubes, placing it on a microwave-safe plate, and microwaving for 10-15 seconds until it's softened.
Chopped Olives. You have to have olives for a dirty martini dip! I use pitted Castelvetrano olives, but I'm including some other olive variations you can use below! I also save some extra for an olive garnish.
Olive Brine. Again, since this is a dirty martini recipe, you need olive brine!
Blue Cheese. I love my dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives, I recommend using half of the blue cheese container, and then judging how much more blue cheese you want from there. I personally used the entire 5 oz container of blue cheese crumbles.
Fresh Lemon Juice. I love cutting the richness of the cheeses and the saltiness of the olives with fresh lemon juice.
Garlic Powder. Even though you don't add garlic to a dirty martini, it's a must for this dip!
