I love the Trader Joe's Sweet Corn and Burrata Ravioli and most recently, Aldi has come out with a similar product! The Aldi seasonal ravioli never disappoint, and I created this roasted red pepper sauce with white wine and garlic to pair perfectly with the ravioli and it's the perfect summer pasta dish.
SWEET CORN AND BURRATA RAVIOLI SAUCE
This white wine and garlic sauce is so light and delicious and so incredibly easy to make. It pairs perfectly with this ravioli. You could also swap out the ravioli and pair your favorite noodles, like spaghetti or farfalle.
THE PERFECT WHITE WINE AND GARLIC SAUCE
A simple white wine and garlic sauce for pasta is one of my favorite ways to cook pasta in the summer. It's light, refreshing and still comforting. What white wine is best for a white wine sauce? Pinot Grigio is my go-to white wine in general, and it is great for cooking. It's dry and crisp, and adds a great flavor when making a white wine and garlic pasta sauce.
