It's perfect for Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day and winter citrus season perfectly overlap so this cocktail is perfect to make this time of year!
Ingredients
Fresh Grapefruit Juice. Honestly, you only need. a few ounces, so it is definitely worth squeezing fresh juice.
Honey Simple Syrup. Don't worry, this sounds fancier than it is. Simply combine equal parts of honey in warm water. Stir until the honey dissolves and then you have honey simple syrup!
Triple Sec. A fruity martini, in my opinion, always deserves a splash of triple sec. I recommend always keeping this stocked on your bar cart. It's inexpensive and is used in many drinks, like this one or margaritas.
Vodka. I use vodka for this martini recipe; use whatever brand of vodka you prefer!
