Looking for a fun and festive champagne cocktail?
It’s so easy to make! 2 ingredients are all you need for this champagne drink!
It’s not as sweet as a mimosa. The Chambord adds the perfect bit of sweetness, but it isn't overly sweet.
It’s a perfect color for the holidays. I mean, look at that color! So perfect for the holiday season, and you can even make this for Valentine's Day!
What fruit can you put in a glass of Champagne?
The limit almost doesn't exist! Here's a list of my favorite fruits to add to a glass of champagne.
Berries. Sliced strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries are all great additions.
Citrus. Orange slices, grapefruit slices, lime slices... citrus fruits are a great addition, too.
Apples. Especially during the fall season, making an apple cider mimosa with an apple garnish is delish!
What are the best juices to mix with champagne?
I would argue any fruit juice! Citrus juices like orange juice or grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and apple juice, have fun with mixing different juices with champagne!
Ingredients for a raspberry champagne cocktail
Champagne. You can use whatever champagne you prefer. I normally don't spend more than $10/$15 on a bottle of champagne! Korbel is always a great, budget-friendly option.
Chambord. Chambord is a black raspberry liqueur, and I love having it stocked on my bar cart! It is so delicious and such a great addition to a lot of cocktails.
Is Chambord and raspberry liqueur the same?
Yes! That would be similar to asking if Smirnoff and vodka are the same. Chambord is a French black raspberry liqueur.
What's a replacement for Chambord?
If you're looking for an affordable Chambord replacement, I recommend Di Amore Raspberry or Dekuyper Razzmatazz.
