Ingredients
The base of this copycat Sweetgreen bowl is arugula. However, you can use whatever green you like, whether it's mixed greens, spinach or kale. The next base is purple cabbage, I've made this salad with shredded Brussels Sprouts as opposed to cabbage and it still has that super crunchy factor that the purple cabbage adds.
Here's the full list of the Sweetgreen Elote Bowl

Um, any tips on how to season and roast the corn and peppers, which are kind of the heart of this dish?
Katie Kelly says
Yes! I like to do chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder. I also used a canned elote mix from Aldi which was pretty flavorful.

You didn’t need to give her a 1 star rating……. When her recipe comes up on Google it shows as 1 star which is misleading.

Haven't made this yet but will this weekend! 5 starts for providing a great sounding recipe, and to help offset the completely unwarranted 1 star review.

Review is for the dressing, which was very good but also very spicy even with the jalapeño seeds removed!
I’d love if you could describe how to make the sunflower seeds and corn or link to a recipe.

Thank you so much! I can absolutely update the post to include that information!
