It's easy to make. With a few simple ingredients, this Christmas Moscow mule comes together in no time and can get anybody into the holiday spirit. It's so perfect for holiday parties!
It's a festive cocktail. This is such a fun and festive twist on a classic cocktail! The rosemary paired with cranberry makes it so perfect for this time of year.
Ingredients
Rosemary. Instead of mint, which is used in a traditional Moscow mule, I like using rosemary! It's a great way to give this holiday mule that extra kick of holiday flavor. Plus, who doesn't love the combination of rosemary and cranberry?
Fresh Lime Juice. I love using lime juice to cut the sweetness and tartness of cranberry juice. Plus, lime juice is used in the traditional Moscow mule recipe, so we aren't veering too far off with this Christmas Moscow mule recipe.
Cranberry Juice. I like using cranberry juice in this festive drink, cranberry cocktails are so perfect for holiday celebrations! If you don't love cranberry, I've included some substitutions below. I recommend using cranberry cocktail, or cranberry juice cocktail, versus pure cranberry juice. Pure cranberry juice is incredibly tart, and cranberry cocktail is much more user-friendly.
Vodka. Like the classic Moscow mule recipe, I'm using vodka in this Christmas cocktail recipe. However, if you don't like vodka, I've included some other options you could use in this Christmas mule below!
Ginger Beer. Ginger beer is a must when making any Moscow mule! If you are looking for brand recommendations, I always like Fever Tree or Q.
