It’s easy to make. Just melt some chocolate chips and peanut butter together, drizzle, and viola, and you're done! You don't even have to make the popcorn if you don't want. I use ALDI's bagged popcorn, it is the best! It's such an easy hostess gift or party favors.
It’s seriously addicting. I think popcorn is addicting in general, so adding chocolate and peanut butter on top of it? Game over. It's like a homemade gourmet popcorn disguised as such an easy recipe!
It has the classic peanut butter and chocolate combo, who doesn’t love that? Seriously if something has chocolate and peanut butter, count me in.
Ingredients
Chocolate Chips. You can use whatever chocolate chips you like. I like using milk chocolate for this recipe, but you can use dark chocolate or a combination of both! You can also use your favorite chocolate bars.
Peanut Butter. You can use chunky or smooth peanut butter, I used chunky for a bit of added flavor.
Popcorn. I buy the sea salt bagged popcorn from ALDI, you can buy whatever bag of popcorn is your favorite. You can also make homemade popcorn or microwave popcorn!

Substitutes and variations
Add sprinkles. Anything you can add sprinkles on, you should. If you want to add some pops of color and a fun and festive twist, add sprinkles!
Use colored chocolate melts. Wilton sells colored candy melts that could be perfect if you're making this for a holiday, themed party, or anything.
Add crushed peanuts. If you want an added crunch, add crushed peanuts to the top to really add to the peanut butter flavor.
Use white chocolate chips. Add white chocolate and then top with colored sprinkles, a drizzle of colored melts or anything!
Caramel Corn or Kettle Corn. If you really want to make this a decadent chocolate-drizzled popcorn recipe, you can use caramel corn. It's such a quick dessert that is done in no time.
Mix-ins! You can mix-in things like peanut butter chips, mini marshmallows, gourmet pretzels, any of your favorite things!
Tips for the best chocolate drizzled popcorn
Parchment Paper. If you don't want your chocolate drizzle popcorn to stick to the baking sheet, I recommend using parchment paper. Don't use wax paper! The wax will melt onto the hot chocolate when you pour the melted chocolate chips over the popcorn.
Flaky Sea Salt. Top your chocolate popcorn with a little bit of flaky salt for the perfect salty flavor finish.
Coconut Oil. If you want your chocolate to melt very well, add a spoonful of coconut oil for best results.
Storing leftover chocolate drizzled popcorn
Store any leftover popcorn in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days.
