Ingredients
Blueberries. I opt for fresh blueberries as opposed to blueberry simple syrup. You still get the taste of the naturally sweet blueberries, but if you want to amplify it, I included blueberry syrup directions below.
Lime Juice. I like to use fresh lime juice, but if you don't have limes, you can also use fresh lemon juice.
Gin. Of course you need gin for a gin fizz! Some of my favorites are Empress Gin, it's a beautiful purple color that really makes for a stunning cocktail, or Farmer's Gin.
Tonic Water. I like using diet tonic water or club soda, but the flavor of the tonic water is perfect for this blueberry gin cocktail!
