Baileys Original Irish Cream. Bailey's is my favorite Irish cream, but you can use whatever brand you like. Kerrygold or Carolan's are great options.

How to make Bailey’s whipped cream
- Put a metal mixing bowl and whisks into the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer and with your whisk attachment, add in your heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar.
- Beat on low speed until the powdered sugar is mixed.
- Beat on high speed for 4-5 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in your Bailey's Irish cream, this should give you soft peaks.
- Pour into an air-tight container and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Scoop it onto your favorite desserts or drinks and enjoy!

Chocolate. You can make a delicious chocolate whipped cream by adding a spoonful of cocoa powder.
Coffee. Alternatively, you can make a fun Irish coffee version of this whipped cream by adding a spoonful of instant coffee into the mix.
Cool Whip. Don't feel like whipping things together? You can fold in 4 ounces of Bailey's per 1 container of cool whip.

Keep it chill. You want to make sure that everything is very cold. I suggest putting your bowl and whisk into the freezer before you start making and make sure that your ingredients come straight from the fridge.
