An easy and healthier air fryer dessert recipe!

It’s like apple pie done in minutes. There is truly nothing like a homemade apple pie, and this is exactly that, in 10 minutes!

It’s a healthier dessert option. Yes, there is a sprinkle of brown sugar, but with the combination of honey, cinnamon, brown sugar and apples, this is certainly a healthier dessert option to opt for during the holiday season!

Can you cook fruit in air fryer?

Yes! You absolutely can. Cooking times/temps will vary based on the fruit, but it's such a delicious way to cook fruit.

Can you cook an apple in an air fryer

You absolutely can! They turn out so perfect every time.

What you’ll need for air fryer apples

Apples. I like Honeycrisp apples, but you could do Granny Smith or Pink Lady or any combination of those three. Those are all very flavorful apples that still hold their shape when cooked.

Brown Sugar. This with the honey makes for a perfect sugary outside, but not too sugary!

Cinnamon. Apples and cinnamon is just a must, especially in the fall. Nothing tastes more fall-esque than apples and cinnamon, in my opinion.

Nutmeg. You don't have to include nutmeg if you don't have it in your cabinet, but it does add a perfect hint of spice.

Honey. You could also use maple syrup, but I like having something that allows for the brown sugar and spice mixture to stick to the apples better.
