You'll love this cranberry negroni
It's easy to make. No syrups or anything are needed for this cocktail! All you need is the 4 ingredients, and you can make this cocktail in no time.
It's delicious. If you don't love a classic negroni cocktail, I urge you to try this one! The cranberry adds such a nice sweetness to the recipe that I think you may really enjoy!
It can be made as a batched cocktail! Because there are no carbonated or fresh ingredients, this can be made into a batched cocktail ahead of time! I included directions for you below, but this would be a great cocktail to make for a crew.
Ingredients
Gin. Gin is the traditional liquor used in negronis, I opt for a traditional, London dry gin. If you're like "what the heck does that mean?" You are probably more familiar with London dry gin brands than you think! Beefeater, Tanqueray, or Bombay Sapphire are some brands you will probably recognize!
Campari. Campari is a bitter Italian liqueur that is typically used as an aperitif, meaning it stimulates appetite, so you typically have it before a meal. If you aren't a fan of the stark bitterness of Campari, I have included some other alternatives below!
Sweet Vermouth. If you are used to drinking dirty martinis but don't love a ton of vermouth in them, don't judge sweet vermouth based on dry vermouth! Sweet vermouth is also known as red vermouth, it's sweet (obviously) and is an essential part of this cranberry negroni recipe.
Cranberry Juice. Of course you need cranberry juice! Cranberry is everywhere this time of year, making this cocktail perfect for all of the Thanksgiving and holiday festivities.
