Ingredients
Vodka. You can make this espresso martini with plain vodka, or if you really want to amplify the coffee flavor, you can opt for a coffee-flavored vodka.
Kahlua. I prefer Kahlua, but you'll want to make sure you have any coffee liqueur. Another popular one is Mr. Black.
Espresso. You can use espresso, very strongly brewed coffee, or cold brew. However, I recommend you use espresso.
Edible Black Glitter. You can get this off Amazon! Many people use activated charcoal to make black cocktails for Halloween, but that can mess with your stomach. To avoid that, opt for this little black magic.
How to make a graveyard cocktail

- Add in about ¼ teaspoon of edible black glitter.
- Add ice and shake until the shaker is frosted.
- Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a ghost peep.
Substitutions and variations
Liquor. You can sub out the vodka with tequila or whiskey if that's what you prefer.
Decaf Coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine, make this with decaf espresso!
Ice Cream. Want to make this into a boozy affogato? Add a scoop of ice cream to your martini glass and then pour your cocktail over it. The scoop of ghostly-white vanilla ice cream will add such a nice touch to this Ghost in the Graveyard recipe.
Cream. Do NOT add cream, like Rumchata or Bailey's, to this cocktail. You'll have to use a lot of edible black glitter in the cocktail to make it pitch black.
Dry Ice. You can make this even spookier by adding a cube of dry ice to the martini glass.
Simple Syrup. If you like your espresso martini a bit sweeter, you can add simple syrup or maple syrup to sweeten up this haunted graveyard cocktail.
