    Starbucks came out with Shaken Espresso Drinks. I tried the Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso, and it just wasn't for me. But their Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was so good. So, naturally I had to learn an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso copycat recipe so I can enjoy this Starbucks drink at home.

    This Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso Starbucks recipe is one of my new favorite iced coffee recipes. This copycat starbucks shaken espresso is beyond easy to make so you can enjoy this any time!

    COPYCAT STARBUCKS BROWN SUGAR SYRUP

    Let's start with the copycat Starbucks brown sugar syrup recipe. This is what makes the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, and luckily, it's beyond easy to make. Basically, equal parts brown sugar and water if you want to keep things super simple. I like to add a dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract. Here's the brown sugar syrup recipe I made.

    • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
    • ¼ cup Water
    • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
    • ⅛ teaspoon Vanilla

    Then, in a small saucepan, over medium heat, just keep whisking until the brown sugar is dissolved.

    Ok, now, let's breakdown this copycat Starbucks iced brown sugar shaken espresso recipe. Once you make the brown sugar syrup, this iced espresso recipe couldn't be any easier.

    • 2 shots of espresso, or very strong cold brew if you don't have a way to make espresso
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar syrup
    • ½ - ¾ cup oatmilk, depending on how creamy you want it

    That's the beauty of making these Starbucks drinks at home, you can always make things a bit sweeter, creamier, stronger depending on your taste.

    ICED BROWN SUGAR OATMILK SHAKEN ESPRESSO - STARBUCKS COPYCAT RECIPE

    This Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso Starbucks recipe is one of my new favorite iced coffee recipes. This copycat starbucks shaken espresso is beyond easy to make so you can enjoy this any time!

    Ingredients
      

    Brown Sugar Syrup

    • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
    • ¼ cup Water
    • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
    • ⅛ teaspoon Vanilla

    Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

    • 2 shots Espresso
    • 3 tablespoon Brown Sugar Syurp
    • ½ cup Oatmilk

    Instructions
     

    Brown Sugar Syrup

    • In a saucepan, over medium heat, whisk together all of your ingredients until the brown sugar is dissolved. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

    Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

    • Brew your 2 espresso shots
    • Fill a glass with ice, pour in 3 tablespoon of your brown sugar syrup
    • Add your espresso and oatmilk
    • Stir and enjoy!
