Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts in the air fryer is the best way to cook Brussels sprouts. It's sweet, yet spicy, and such a great fall side dish recipe. Air Fryer brussels sprouts give you the perfect sprouts every time, they turn out crispy and way better than roasted brussels sprouts.
You'll love these honey sriracha brussels sprouts
They're full of flavor. This is the perfect side dish, whether you're looking for something to serve with Thanksgiving dinner or you're just looking for an easy side dish for a weeknight meal, I guarantee you can turn anyone into a fan of Brussels sprouts with this recipe.
They're easy to make. These are so easy to make! The honey sriracha mixture is so simple and adds so many levels of flavor to take these Brussels sprouts to the next level.
Ingredients
Honey. Of course, you need honey for honey sriracha brussel sprouts! It adds the perfect level of sweetness to the spicy sriracha sauce.
Sriracha. Just like honey, of course, you need sriracha for honey sriracha roasted Brussels sprouts. If you don't have sriracha, I have included some substitutions below!
Soy Sauce. I like to add a bit of soy sauce to make the sauce thinner and also add that salty, umami flavor. The soy sauce also caramelizes and gives these sriracha honey Brussels sprouts a nice char! You really avoid those gross, mushy Brussels sprout with this recipe.
Garlic Powder. To round out the salty and savory flavors, I add a bit of garlic powder.
Brussels Sprouts. I prefer to use fresh Brussels sprouts! This is a personal preference, but I feel as though fresh veggies give you the best results and the best texture.
Olive Oil. To help get that crispy outside and that golden perfection, you'll want to use a little olive oil in this recipe.

How to cut brussels sprouts
This is my favorite way to prepare Brussels sprouts for any recipe.
- Give your Brussels sprouts a good rinse and pat them dry.
- Cut the trim off the end of the sprout and remove the outer leaves. The outer leaves should just fall off once you cut the stem off.
- Slice the sprout in half. If you have a larger Brussels sprout, I recommend slicing that half in half, again.
- Your Brussels sprouts are ready to use!
What is Sriracha
Sriracha is a hot sauce made with chili paste, vinegar, pickled garlic and salt. If you don't have sriracha in your pantry, don't worry! I've included some substitutions you can us in this spicy honey sriracha Brussels sprouts recipe.
Substitutions and variations
Maple Syrup or Agave. If you don't have honey for this honey-sriracha glaze, or if you're vegan, you can sub the honey for maple syrup or agave.
Hot Sauce. The spice is essential to this recipe, if you don't have Sriracha, I recommend finding off-brand Sriracha sauce. You can just look for a chili paste hot sauce at your local grocery store, and the bottles should say sriracha on them. I also recommend using Sambal Oelek!
Coconut Aminos. If you are gluten-free, I recommend substituting the soy sauce for coconut amino acids.
Red Pepper Flakes. If you want a bit more spice, garnish these with red pepper flakes for that extra kick.
Storing and reheating
Store your honey sriracha Brussels sprouts in an airtight container. To reheat them, air fry them at 330F for 3-4 minutes.
What to serve with honey sriracha brussels sprouts

- You can make it as a side dish to some of my favorite salmon recipes like this pesto-crusted salmon, this honey chipotle salmon would go so well with the sweet and spicy theme of this recipe, or this air fryer pistachio-crusted salmon is a great option, too!
- If you're looking for chicken recipes, I love this BBQ air fryer chicken or these chicken burgers in an air fryer.
