This 1800 Ultimate Mango margarita copycat recipe is one of my favorite go-to margarita recipes. What makes it so easy is the use of Mango kombucha or your favorite mango fruit juice. This is definitely a mix between a mango margarita recipe and a mango Paloma recipe. It is the perfect balance of mango and tequila.
HOW DO YOU CUT A MANGO
I have been around the block a time or two and have totally MESSED UP when trying to cut a mango. I finally have perfected how to cut a mango, and I'm sharing how step-by-step.
- Look at the bottom and there should be what I call the "butt." A stem sticking out.
- That's where the core is and you're going to lay the mango down with the stem towards you, and slice off the right and the left side. This will give you two big chunks.
- You can then slice it into squares, similar as you would an avocado, or I like to slice mine into wedges and eat it similar to and orange. Eating the fruit and leaving the skin aside.
- For the rest of the mango, you can either cut around the core with smaller pieces, or you can peel the skin and just kind of eat the fruit around the core pit.
