In a large frying pan, heat your oil over medium heat, and brown your chicken.
While your chicken is cooking, make your sauce. Mix together everything but your 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and 1 teaspoon water.
Once chicken is browned, set on a plate and set aside. Heat up another 1 tablespoon of oil + your sesame oil and cook your stir fry veggies.
Add your chicken back in, pour in your sauce and let it all simmer together for 2-3 minutes.
Mix together your cornstarch and water so you have a paste. Pour that into your stir fry.
Cook until your sauce has thickened.
Split this mixture into your spaghetti squash halves. Enjoy!
