Choose your preferred method of cooking your chicken breasts, and allow for it to cool completely before assembling. I like to stick the chicken in the fridge for a bit to expedite that process.
In a bowl, add your 1 lb of diced or shredded chicken, 4 tablespoon greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon buffalo sauce, 4 tablespoon diced celery, and ½ teaspoon ranch seasoning.
Mix together until fully combined. Taste test and feel free to add any additional ingredients based on your personal preference.
