Reuben Breakfast Sandwich

St. Patrick's Day isn't complete without a little hangover breakfast sandwich. So, why not make it festive with this Reuben Breakfast Sandwich?

Servings 1 sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bagel toasted
  • 1 Egg cooked to your liking
  • 1 slice Swiss Cheese
  • 2-3 slices Corned Beef
  • 2-3 tablespoon Sauerkraut
  • 1-2 tablespoon Thousand Island

Instructions
 

  • Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan. Wait 3-5 minutes, then crack your egg into the pan. Cook your egg however you like.
  • While your egg is cooking, toast your bagel.
  • Once your bagel is toasted and your egg is cooked, assemble your sandwich.
  • Bottom half of the bagel, cheese, egg, corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island, top half of the bagel
