Reuben Breakfast Sandwich
St. Patrick's Day isn't complete without a little hangover breakfast sandwich. So, why not make it festive with this Reuben Breakfast Sandwich?

- 1 Bagel toasted
- 1 Egg cooked to your liking
- 1 slice Swiss Cheese
- 2-3 slices Corned Beef
- 2-3 tablespoon Sauerkraut
- 1-2 tablespoon Thousand Island
Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan. Wait 3-5 minutes, then crack your egg into the pan. Cook your egg however you like.
While your egg is cooking, toast your bagel.
Once your bagel is toasted and your egg is cooked, assemble your sandwich.
