This whiskey mule, otherwise known as the Irish Mule is one of my favorite Moscow mule variations. The combination of Irish Whiskey, fresh lemon, and ginger beer is so refreshing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemon
  • 3-5 oz. Ginger Beer

Instructions
 

  • In a copper mug, add a handful of ice.
  • Add in 2 oz. of whiskey, ΒΌ oz. lime or lemon juice and then about 4-6 oz. ginger beer.
  • Give it a stir, garnish with a lime or lemon wheel, and enjoy!
