Pineapple Ranch Water
Pineapple ranch water is the easiest yet most delicious twist to the traditional ranch water cocktail recipe. This pineapple tequila cocktail is simple and delicious and the perfect summer drink recipe.

- 2 oz. Tequila
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 6-7 oz Sparkling Water
- ½ oz Lime Juice
Drink your Topo Chico down to the label, or you can pour it down the sink.
Add 2 oz. of tequila, ½ oz. fresh lime juice, and 1 oz. pineapple juice.
Garnish with a fresh lime wedge, and enjoy!
Substitutions and variations
Traditional ranch water. If you omit the pineapple juice, you can make yourself a traditional ranch water.
Other juices. If you want other flavors outside of pineapple, you can use different juices! I also love making a Paloma version of this, the hint of grapefruit flavor is delicious. The difference between that and a traditional Paloma is that a traditional Paloma uses grapefruit soda, whereas this would be using Topo Chico and just a little bit of grapefruit juice.
Reposado tequila. Although I do prefer blanco tequila when making mixed drinks, the aged tasted of reposado tequila pairs so well with the fresh pineapple juice.
Club soda. Although traditional ranch waters are made with Topo Chico, you can use whatever mineral water or club soda you prefer!
Serving it in a glass. If you want to mix up this cocktail and serve it in a glass, you can! Find your favorite cocktail glasses, fill them with ice, and enjoy.
Spicy ranch water. If you like a spicy tequila cocktail, try using this jalapeno-infused tequila as opposed to regular tequila for a spicy twist.
