BEST IRISH SODA BREAD RECIPE

This is the best Irish Soda Bread recipe... it's been a Kelly family tradition for years and years and years. My mom makes so many loaves of this soda bread during the first two weeks of March. Unlike traditional Irish Soda Bread recipes, this bread isn't very dry. It's almost like a buttermilk loaf cake that is so delicious. And yes, this is Irish Soda Bread with raisins. You gotta have the raisins!
