Slow Cooker Tikka Masala

this slow cooker tikka masala is everything you need to stay warm this winter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sweet potato diced
  • 1 sweet onion diced
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms this is the size of the container
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 12.5 oz jar of Tikka Masala simmer sauce
  • 4 cups brown rice cooked, to pair with the tikka masla

Instructions
 

  • in your slow cooker, pour half your jar of Tikka Masala into your slow cooker. place your chicken breasts, diced sweet potato, diced sweet onion and sliced mushrooms over the sauce. pour the rest of your sauce over your chicken + veggies.
  • cook on high for 3 hours, or cook on low for 7. once done, remove the lid, turn off the slow cooker and allow to cool. enjoy a spoonful or two over 1 cup of brown rice and enjoy!
