In an airtight container, make your marinade. Add your skirt steak, and using a fork poke holes on both sides.
Place your steak in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours to marinate, overnight is preferable.
Take your steak out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking so it can get to room temperature.
Once you're ready to air fry your skirt steak, preheat your air fryer to 400F.
If you're using the Tastee air fryer, you can then click the "Steak" option and choose "Sirloin" and your desired level of doneness. I chose medium and placed the meat thermometer in the thickest part of the steak to ensure it cooked to perfection.
If you are not using the Tastee air fryer, cook your steak at 400F for 20-25 minutes, depending on how you prefer your steak cooked.
Once your steak is cooked, let it rest for 7-10 minutes.
Slice into thin slices, against the grain, and enjoy!
