Spritz Bianco
If you're looking for a spritz recipe that doesn't have Aperol in it, try this Spritz Bianco! It's sweet, bitter, slightly savory, and a delicious sparkling wine cocktail.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- 2 oz. Bianco Vermouth
- 1 oz. Soda Water
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
- Add 3 ounces of prosecco, 2 ounces of Bianco vermouth, and 1 ounce of soda water.
- Stir, garnish with olives and cheers!
