Christmas Quiche

- 9 " Pie Crust
- 4 Bacon Slices cooked and chopped
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 ½ cups Cheese
- ¾ cups Milk
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Once preheated, blind bake your pie crust for 7-8 minutes.
Increase your oven to 375F.
In a large bowl, whisk together your eggs, milk, shredded cheese, spinach, red bell pepper, cooked bacon, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture into your pie crust tin.
Bake at 375F for 35 - 40 minutes, until the center is completely set.
Let it cool for 10 minutes, slice, and serve!

Baking Sheet. Place your quiche tin on a baking sheet, then fill your quiche. If you try to fill your quiche and then move it from the counter to the oven, you might spill.
Fresh Herbs. Don't shy away from fresh herbs! Basil, sage leaves, thyme, or rosemary would all taste great.
Making a Christmas quiche ahead of time
You can absolutely make this quiche recipe on Christmas Eve to then enjoy the next morning. Here's how to make this ahead of time.
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
