Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing

Attention all pickle lovers, you absolutely need this dill pickle ranch dressing in your life. It is so easy to make homemade and it's the perfect twist on the traditional ranch dressing recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ½ cup Mayonaoise
  • 4 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 4 tbsp dill pickle juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together your Greek yogurt, light mayo, ranch seasoning, and dill pickle juice.
  • Mix until well combined, and then store in an airtight container, like a mason jar, in the fridge.
  • For best results, let the dressing sit in the fridge for 24 hours before serving.

Notes

Substitutions and Variations

Buttermilk. If you want a thinner ranch, go ahead and add a few tablespoons of buttermilk until it has reached your desired consistency. 
Fresh Dill. If you really want to hone in on that fresh flavor of dill, add some chopped dill weed to this recipe! It is a great way to add more dill flavor. 
Sour Cream. I prefer to use Greek yogurt, but you can also use sour cream. 
Pickles. Use whatever your favorite pickles are! Whether you like sweet pickles, butter pickles, spicy pickles or dill pickles, make this to your liking. 
Cream Cheese. If you want to make this into a thicker cold dip, you can use cream cheese. It'll still give you that tangy dill pickle ranch flavor, but it's better for a dip recipe. 
Store-Bought Ranch. You can totally use store-bought ranch and add in dill pickle juice.
