Bailey's Whipped Cream
Bailey's whipped cream is so perfect for St. Patrick's Day. It's such an easy recipe and it goes with so much! Here's how to make it for all of your festivities.

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 4 oz. bailey's irish cream
Put a metal mixing bowl and whisks into the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.
In the bowl of a stand mixer and with your whisk attachment, add in your heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar.
Beat on low speed until the powdered sugar is mixed.
Beat on high speed for 4-5 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
Fold in your Bailey's Irish cream, this should give you soft peaks.
Pour into an air-tight container and let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
Scoop it onto your favorite desserts or drinks and enjoy!
