Brioche French Toast Casserole

This Brioche French Toast Casserole is so simple and so delicious! I love French toast casserole on Christmas morning, and it'll soon be your family favorite, too.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ½ c. milk
  • ½ c. heavy cream
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 16 oz. loaf brioche bread

Instructions
 

  • Mix together milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Cube and place your brioche bread into a greased 9x13 dish.
  • Pour your milk/egg mixture over the bread and give it a good mix in the 9x12 baking dish.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Take out of the fridge and preheat your oven to 350F.
  • Cook at 350F for 40 - 45 minutes.
  • Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
  • Top with powdered sugar, berries and syrup!
