Brioche French Toast Casserole
This Brioche French Toast Casserole is so simple and so delicious! I love French toast casserole on Christmas morning, and it'll soon be your family favorite, too.

- 6 eggs
- 1 ½ c. milk
- ½ c. heavy cream
- ½ c. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 16 oz. loaf brioche bread
Mix together milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl.
Cube and place your brioche bread into a greased 9x13 dish.
Pour your milk/egg mixture over the bread and give it a good mix in the 9x12 baking dish.
Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
Take out of the fridge and preheat your oven to 350F.
Cook at 350F for 40 - 45 minutes.
Let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Top with powdered sugar, berries and syrup!
