Buffalo Tofu Nuggets in the Air Fryer
These buffalo tofu nuggets are seriously so delicious. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or none of the above, I bet you will fall in love with this buffalo tofu.
- 14 oz. Extra Firm Tofu
- ⅓ cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Press your tofu. No, you don't need a tofu press. Simply cover it in a paper towel or tea towel, and layer heavy items, like pots or canned goods, on top. Let it sit for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Once your tofu is pressed, slice it in half lengthwise and then slice it into cubes.
Place in a bowl and add in ⅓ cup buffalo sauce. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Once you're ready to cook the tofu, take it out of the fridge, toss with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
Air fry at 390F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve immediately with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
