I love a simple overnight oats recipe. It takes a few minutes to make every night and then it is so nice having breakfast ready for you in the morning. These peanut butter overnight oats are one of my favorite overnight oats variations to make right now.

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

I love a simple overnight oats recipe. It takes a few minutes to make every night and then it is so nice having breakfast ready for you in the morning. These peanut butter overnight oats are one of my favorite overnight oats variations to make right now.
Course Breakfast, make-ahead breakfast
Servings 1 jar

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a jar, pour in your oats, chia seeds, peanut butter and milk.
  • Seal your jar and give your oats a good shake.
  • Place in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours, but ideally overnight.
  • The next morning, take your oats out and give them a stir.
  • Top with ½ cup of fruit, of choice, honey and cinnamon.
