Strawberry Moscow Mule with Fresh Strawberries

This Strawberry Moscow Mule is one of my favorite Moscow Mule variations for summer! It's crisp and so refreshing. Plus, it's an easy way to switch up your summer vodka cocktails.

Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 strawberries
  • ΒΌ lime
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 2.5 oz. vodka
  • 3-4 oz. ginger beer

Instructions
 

  • In your copper mug, muddle together your strawberries, lime juice and mint leaves.
  • Add ice, 2.5 oz. of vodka and top with ginger beer.
  • Give it a stir and enjoy!
