Ground Pork Burgers with Thai-Inspired Peanut Slaw
These ground pork burgers with Thai-inspired peanut slaw are packed with flavor and will soon be one of your favorite grilled burger recipes to whip up all summer long.
Thai-Inspired Slaw Sauce
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 6 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- ½ teaspoon Ground Garlic
- Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- ½ Lime
- 3 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
Thai-Inspired Slaw Veggies
- 2 cups green cabbage
- 1 cup purple cabbage
- 1 cup red peppers
- 1 cup carrots
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ⅓ cup chopped peanuts
Ground Pork Burgers
- 1 lb ground pork
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of garlic ginger and basil
Spicy Garlic Mayo
- 2 parts mayo
- 1 part hot chili sauce
- Sprinkle of garlic powder
Ground Pork Burgers
In a separate bowl, mix together your 1 lb. of ground pork with the seasonings.
Split into 4 patties.
Grill over medium heat for 8 minutes. 4 minutes each side. The internal temp should be 160F.
Take your brioche buns, and place 1 patty on the bottom bun, 1 scoop of Thai-inspired slaw, spread a little bit of spicy garlic mayo on the top bun and place that on top of your burger.
